Coaching

In her Coaching practice, Dr. Wholey uses a 4-step process that she describes in her book “Your First Step to Re-Create your Life in Oneness: Awareness”
The Coaching process unfolds with the following steps:

  • Awareness
  • Acceptance
  • Action
  • Alignment with the Universe

The client usually brings out a problem, Dr. Wholey helps bringing it into focus depending on the severity and impact. Once the problem to be worked on is clear, the 4 step process starts.

Coaching sessions last as short as 4-sessions and as long as 12-sessions usually depending on the client’s current awareness level. Each session is 45 minutes and scheduled by appointment. The sessions could all be scheduled upfront or week by week according to client preferences.
