How Do We Help

Hello, I am Dr. Kayla Wholey!

As a psychologist, scholar and a coach, I dedicated my lifelong career to helping individuals and groups to raise their awareness and consciousness towards betterment of their personal lives, relationships, careers and eventually to be able to co-create a healthier, happier and a unified earth!

Our Impact

I loved the teaching style of the instructor. Well-structured, prepared discussions yet allowing personal notes, questions and share. The content and the flow of content is remarkable which prepared us to release our negative patterns while teaching us how to replace them with positive ones and increasing self-love and acceptance.

I loved everything, in particular, sharing openly in a safe space. I also liked the part when we talked about reinforcement of self-acceptance and falling in love with yourself. Thank you for everything… I really needed this workshop.

I really enjoyed this workshop series. Starting and ending with a meditation, the facilitators sharing their personal journeys and experiences which made it so much more real, relatable, and inspiring. Each week we are moving forward, there is a new step to take. There was a flow and I learned a lot of tools that I can utilize in my continuing journey. Thank you so much! This marks the beginning of my spiritual journey and thanks for giving me a great start!

I really liked the positive journaling exercise we did in the second to last session. I also liked the guided meditations and imagery that we would work with. The loving and supportive energy of Kayla was very helpful. I also liked doing the group exercises, sharing with and hearing from the others in the workshop was very healing.

I really liked the way we shared our problems, concerns, feelings, progresses…etc. I used not to publicly discuss or share these with others, but now I realize that sometimes speaking out is the first and even a crucial step in acknowledging and solving problems.
